Different types of collagen
Different types of collagens are I, II, III, V and X. There are also different animal sources of collagen beef, marine, chicken. The different types and sources of collagen provide a different nutritional profile.

Changing Collagen Types
Research shows benefit in changing types of collagens. We have tried and tested this theory with impressive results. As we get used to things, it is important for ongoing hair growth treatment to shake things up a bit occasionally, this includes your collagen type and source.
If you have been using beef collagen for more than 4 months, change to marine or chicken collagen. You can alternate daily or change with each tub of powder collagen. Powder or liquid collagen is preferred over capsules for better absorption.
Best collagen absorption is to take with your green drink on hungry empty tummy away from food. Please don’t take your collagen with coffee or fruit juice.
