Booking Deposit Policy:
- A booking deposit secures your appointment at Absolique Hair Health Clinic.
- Tuesday–Friday appointments require a $50 AUD deposit; Saturday appointments require $100 AUD.
- Deposits must be paid at least 2 days before your appointment.
- Your deposit is applied toward your service cost or can be carried over if rescheduling.
- Appointments without a deposit will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made more than 2 days in advance will have the deposit credited or refunded.
- This policy applies to all appointments, including complimentary follow-ups.
- Non-compliance without a deposit may result in a cancellation fee and affect future bookings.
